Bible VS Quran
been reading about the differences of these 2 books and the 2 religions. and as a Christian, it pains me greatly to see the Bible being put to shame by some Islamic websites. but the thing is, there are also websites that slander the Quran and when the Muslims read them, they'll be furious too.
the question is...how in the whole wide world did 2 religions come from the same root?
I have yet to come across an intellectual and factual answer. am contemplating on getting my hands on an English Quran (but my parents will just flip if they see me reading it). now don't get me wrong, i'm not doubting the authenticity of the Bible and my God, it's just i want to know how Islam came about. (for those doubting the Bible, try reading 'Case for Christ'. is a good book.)

I nearly forgot how therapeutic a good swim can be until i got back in the pool yesterday after not swimming since IMU Cup. Metres and metres of water ahead, plus the soothing sounds that your strokes make underwater... wah, seriously bliss man. A temporal escape from everything and you're just left alone with nothing but water. Love it.
Come to think of it, I'd rather swim than walk, but i'll end up a dried prune.

crap...am i supposed to sieve through everything that i have to say here? that's what exactly my sister hates about bloggers. only being able to blog about stuff that they think people would like to read. and then the readers after reading such pleasant entries, will love the bloggers who wrote it. hypocrisy is what people want of me i tell ya.

ok ok...guess everyone's entitled to their own opinions.
